- Ping Buddy is available to users of all ages.

3. Description of the Service

- Location tracking only when requested or enabled by the user.
- Notifications sent via push, SMS, email, or calls.

4. Not an Emergency Service
Ping Buddy is not an emergency service and is not a replacement for 911 or other emergency responders.
- We do not monitor alerts in real time.
- We do not guarantee delivery, receipt, or response to notifications.
- Network issues, device settings, third-party services, or user error may prevent alerts.
- In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
Reliance on Ping Buddy for emergencies is at your own risk.
5. User Responsibilities
- Use the Service lawfully and responsibly.
- Maintain control of your device and account.
- Only share information and contacts you have the right to use.
- Do not misuse the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm others.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
6. User Content

8. Subscriptions and Payments
- Ping Buddy operates on a freemium subscription model.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled and are billed through the applicable app store or payment provider.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case at our sole discretion.
- You are responsible for managing subscriptions through your platform provider.
9. Account Suspension and Termination

10. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Ping Buddy APP LLC, you agree to the following:

- Opt out anytime by texting STOP to the applicable short code or number; you will receive a confirmation message.
- To re-enroll, sign up again through the application.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ping Buddy APP LLC is not liable for missed alerts, delayed notifications, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from reliance on the Service.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
