Message and data rates may apply.

Note: Unsolicited messages to this number will be blocked.

Option 1: Block All Notifications

To stop receiving all PingBuddy notifications via text message:

Reply with: block all

This will completely stop all text notifications from PingBuddy.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPTION: Someone you may know could be trying to send you critical information about their safety. We recommend blocking specific users instead.

Option 2: Block a Specific User

To block messages from a specific user only:

Reply with: block {userID}

Replace {userID} with the actual user ID of the person you want to block.

Example: block a7s5

The user ID can usually be found in the message header.

Reply to any message from 833-697-4836 with your opt-out command
Commands are case-insensitive
Changes may take a few minutes to take effect
You can re-enable notifications at any time through your PingBuddy account settings or replaying 'unblock all' or unblock {userID}
